Terms of Service

1. Return Policy: Unfortunately, because every item is custom built to order, we are unable to offer returns. However, if there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.

2. Shipping and delivery: We do not offer shipping at this time. We do offer local delivery for a fee for those customers that live in the greater Austin Texas area.

3. Build Time: Build time is dependent on the order and current work load. Usual build time is about 8 weeks but this time frame cannot be guaranteed. If you would like a more up to date and accurate expected completion date, please contact us.
